SHIPPING & DELIVERY - What are Polkadotjunction.com shipping policies?

polkadotjunction.com is able to ship most of its products via standard ground to anywhere in the U.S.. from one of our many distribution centers at no charge to you (FREE GROUND SHIPPING). We typically use one of the three main shipping companies to ship them to you, UPS, FEDEX OR USPS. If you require expedited shipping, insurance or shipping outside the U.S. please contact us. Please give us a shipping address in addition to your PO BOX. In many cases, the shipping companies will not ship to a PO BOX.

Since our items are “designer made to order products” we do not offer returns unless for manufacturer defects we will not pay for you to ship products back to the fulfillment center. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all return shipments.

Again, since our products are designer made to order products, lead times vary. Most of the time, you will receive your items in a little over a week. However, there are products like our table tops that may take as much as three weeks for you to receive them. Please contact us by email at info@polkadotjunction.com.

Return Policy - What are polkadotjunction.com's return policies?

As stated above we only offer returns on manufacturer defects or products damaged in shipping. If you notice that there is a defect immediately email us at info@polkadotjunction.com with a picture of your claim. We will take that same picture and talk to our fulfillment claims department to see about getting a replacement product. Once a product is purchased we do not offer refunds. Once you receive the product thoroughly inspect your product with the shipper if possible for further documentation of a shipping claim.
